Availability of Appointments

I see clients Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Fridays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.


Initial Consultation & Assessment

Step 1—Phone Consultation: When you contact me via the form on this website or by phone to discuss starting treatment, we will schedule a free phone consultation to assess your needs and decide together if I am the right therapist for you.

Step 2—Schedule Initial Appointment and Complete Forms: If we decide we are a good fit, we will schedule an initial appointment and my forms will be sent to you via Hushmail (encrypted email). Forms must be completed and received two business days prior to your first appointment. During our initial appointment, which will last 75-90 minutes, I will gather additional information about you.

Step 3—Schedule Follow-up Assessment Session(s): The assessment process takes two to three sessions. If you decide to continue working with me after the initial appointment, we will schedule a follow-up session(s). During this/these 50-minute session(s), we will get to know one another better and decide on a treatment plan.

You are encouraged to be an active participant in the treatment process, to ask questions and offer suggestions regarding the direction of your treatment.
